Geyser Eruption Over Kaunas Valley at Dusk

A violent column of steam and water shoots upward from the valley floor, piercing the heavy, grey monsoon sky. Low winter light from the setting sun casts long, soft shadows across the flat terrain, illuminating the suspended dust that rests on the air just above the ground. The geyser's plume rises with white intensity against the darker horizon, creating a stark vertical contrast to the horizontal expanse of the landscape. The foreground shows damp earth and sparse vegetation, glistening slightly from the mist. The steam drifts slowly to the right, catching the last golden rays before nightfall. One droplet slides down a blade of grass in the immediate foreground.
