A blurred wooden frame element sits in the foreground, creating a window into this miniature world near Guacara. The air holds a stillness broken only by the wet sheen on the exoskeleton. Fine hairs along the eye's edge stand out against the dark background, showing the fragile scale of life in the rainy season.
