Dawn Mist Over Angola Coastal Heath Ridge

Cool gray mist softens the layered foothills below the ridge, where coastal heath stretches toward a silver river winding through the valley. Dry grasses and low shrubs dominate the foreground, their muted greens and browns textured by the early morning light. Leaves skitter across the uneven ground, caught in sudden gusts that ripple the surface vegetation. The sky above holds a pale, diffused glow, casting no sharp shadows but illuminating the mist rising from the river. In the distance, the hills fade into soft blue tones, showing vast, wind-carved solitude. The closest blades of grass bend slightly, revealing their brittle texture against the soft backdrop.
