Blue Haze Mountain Ridges Patagonia Dawn

Soft indigo mist fills the valley, layering successive ridges of the Patagonian Andes in fading shades of slate and steel. At nautical dawn, the light remains diffuse, stripping the peaks of sharp shadows while the low clouds rest on the slopes. A still body of water in the foreground acts as a perfect mirror, duplicating the hazy silhouettes below. The water surface holds a thin film of morning condensation, blurring the reflection slightly against the crisp rock faces above. Dark green patches of early spring grass appear at the water's edge, against the cool grey tones of the stone. at the edge is a faint orange highlight catching the very tip of the highest ridge, breaking the monochrome wash.
