The texture of the weathered masonry remains sharp, with deep shadows in the carved recesses contrasting against the pale, moist surface. Wetness from recent rain rests on the rough grain, turning the stone a darker, richer gray where the light does not reach. A colonnade of smooth columns frames the left side, leading toward the detailed relief work. The humid air hangs heavy, visible as a faint haze softening the distant background while keeping the foreground details crisp. A small water droplet rests on the edge of a carved petal, catching the first hint of morning warmth.
