Abandoned Mosaic Bathhouse Corsica Twilight Ruin

Indigo twilight washes the ruins of a seaside bathhouse in Corsica, where steel-blue ambient light flattens the textures of weathered stone. Mosaic fragments, once vibrant, now lie scattered under a shifting layer of dry sand that drifts across the floor. Low ground fog pools in the hollows between broken columns, obscuring the base of the walls and softening the transition to the dark sea beyond. Late autumn air is suggested by the bare, skeletal branches of a nearby shrub pressing against the masonry. The tiles, fractured and muted, catch faint reflections from the sky above. A solitary shard of blue glass rests half-buried in the sand near the foreground, its edge sharp against the soft drift.
