Yangshuo Boy Herding Goats in Morning Mist

Golden morning light falls through thick fog clinging to the karst peaks in the background. A young boy in simple cotton trousers and a loose shirt guides a small herd of white and brown goats along a narrow dirt path. The mist softens the sharp limestone cliffs rising behind him, blending their gray bases into the pale sky. Dust particles float in the diffused dawn light, catching the warm glow. The boy's face shows intense focus, his hand raised to direct the animals. Beside him, a woven bamboo basket rests on the ground, partially obscured by low-lying fog. The texture of the rough path contrasts with the smooth, wet stones scattered near the edge of the trail.
