Weathered Caster Wheel on Salamiyah Hotel Dresser

Chipped white paint flakes across the dark wood grain of a vintage hotel dresser front in Salamiyah. One metal caster wheel is mounted low on the cabinet, its rusted tread catching a sharp beam of projector light against the surrounding gloom. Deep cracks radiate from the paint surface, revealing layers of oxidation and age beneath the surface. The light cuts across the dark walls, leaving corners steeped in shadow while the wheel casts a distinct, heavy silhouette. Dust motes hang suspended in the projector beam, settling into the crevices of the peeling finish. The metal axle shows signs of wear, against the rough, dry texture of the aged wood around it.
