Turquoise Oxbow Lake Aerial Puglia Twilight

Cool blue hour light washes over a vibrant turquoise oxbow lake suspended far above terraced hillsides in Puglia. The water forms a smooth, curved ribbon against the deepening greens and ochres of early autumn vegetation. Heat shimmer rises in wavy, translucent layers from the dry land below, distorting the texture of the stone walls and cypress trees. Layers of depth recede into the distance where the landscape fades into soft violet shadows. The curve of the water edge meets a rough, sun-bleached bank. Dark shadows lengthen across the terraced fields, marking the transition from day to night.
