Stilt Village Drone View in Train Terminal

Late summer rain creates a slick sheen on the high concrete floor of the restored Ciudad del Este train terminal. Suspended from the ceiling by invisible cables, a miniature fishing village on stilts hangs in mid-air, its wooden posts and thatched roofs forming a dark silhouette against the bright, diffused light of the evening sky filtering through the terminal's glass roof. Water droplets rest on the glass above, blurring the background into soft gray streaks. The tiny structures rest perfectly still, their sharp shadows cast onto the polished stone below. The rain outside the terminal matches the drizzle falling on the model, creating a seamless transition between the weathered wood of the village and the industrial steel beams overhead.
