Silhouetted Ginkgo Tree at Sunset in Afghanistan

A ginkgo tree stands stark against the deep orange glow of a setting sun, its leaves rendered as a sharp, black silhouette. The branches stretch upward in complex, fractal patterns, devoid of color but rich in texture. Fine sea spray hangs in the air, catching the fading light as tiny, suspended particles that soften the edges of the branches. The ground below is rough and uneven, covered in fallen leaves that match the silhouette's dark tone. Early winter chill is visible in the bare patches of earth and the thin, brittle quality of the remaining foliage. The backlighting creates a glowing halo around the tree's outline, while the foreground remains in deep shadow. at the edge is a cluster of leaves caught in the spray, shimmering faintly before settling.
