Late spring sunlight dips low, casting long, dark silhouettes of performers against a sky heavy with dramatic, textured clouds. The figures stand in perfect symmetry along the water's edge, their hands raised with clapsticks poised mid-air. The horizon line splits the frame evenly, separating the darkened forms from the bright, fading glow of the sun. Behind the performers, the water reflects the warm, nostalgic hues of the sky, while the foreground reveals the rough, natural texture of the shoreline grass. The rhythmic stance of the group creates a solid, grounded presence against the vastness of the evening sky. A final beam of light catches the edge of a raised drum, highlighting the smooth wood grain against the deep shadow of the performer's arm.
