Sheep Dog Herding Flock in Autumn Snow Near Ankara

Warm golden light spills across the backs of a dense flock of sheep as gentle snowflakes drift downward. A working sheep dog stands alert in the foreground, its thick coat matted with white flakes and wet with dampness. The animal's muscles tense beneath fur that shifts from deep brown to black at the tips. Snow accumulates in the creases of its ears and on the wool of nearby sheep. The ground beneath paws is a mix of brown earth and fresh white powder. Behind the dog, the flock presses together, creating a wall of off-white wool that stretches into the soft focus of the background. The dog's head turns sharply toward the flock, eyes fixed on the movement. One snowflake rests on the tip of its wet black nose.
