Oman Yardang Ridges in Dawn Clay Desert

Cold silver dawn light washes over a vast expanse of wind-carved clay ridges in the Omani floodplain. Early spring moisture leaves the earth slick and dark, against the pale, dusty crests rising in sharp, parallel lines. The low angle emphasizes the towering scale of the eroded formations, which stretch endlessly toward a horizon blurred by rising heat haze.
