Deep shadow swallows the forest floor near a riverbank in early autumn, leaving only a thin rim of pale light tracing the silhouette of a forager. Mist hangs low and thick, softening the edges of fallen leaves scattered across the damp earth. The figure stands still, wrapped in dark clothing that blends with the surrounding trees, their posture focused on the ground. The river flows silently just beyond the visible treeline, its surface barely catching the faint ambient glow. Negative space frames the solitary form, showing the quiet isolation of the moment. One wet leaf rests on the edge of a stone near the forager's boot.
