Morning Seagrass Meadow in Hokkaido Valley

Low sunlight strikes the horizon haze over a wide valley floor in Hokkaido, illuminating a vibrant seagrass meadow. The water remains clear and still, reflecting the perfectly blue sky above. Layers of green blades sway gently, creating a rhythmic texture that recedes into the distance. The monsoon season brings a lush density to the underwater vegetation, visible through the transparent water column. Shadows stretch long across the shallow bed as the sun climbs higher. Tiny ripples disturb the surface, breaking the mirror-like reflection of the distant valley edges. A blade of grass bends sharply at the water's edge, catching the first direct ray of morning light.
