Wet sand stretches in a narrow strip across the water, linking a dark, rocky island to the distant mainland shore. The valley floor below holds a thick layer of low-hanging mist that softens the horizon line, obscuring the water's edge. Sunlight breaks through the clouds in a pale, diffused glow, casting a cool blue tone over the damp surfaces. Small pools of rainwater reflect the gray sky on the sand's surface. Layers of rock formations recede into the distance, their edges blurred by the humid air.
