Soft morning light falls through sheer curtains, casting gentle, diffuse shadows along the room's white walls. A silver coin rests on a rough patch of lichen-covered bark, its milled edge magnified to reveal deep, rhythmic grooves and microscopic surface scratches. The metallic ridges catch the light, creating sharp highlights against the dull, gray-green texture of the mossy substrate. Dust motes float in the illuminated beam, settling near the coin's perimeter. The composition leaves ample negative space around the subject, showing the intricate details of the metalwork against the organic, uneven surface of the bark.
