Masonry Saw Station Under Crane at Twilight

Concrete dust settles on the wet pavement as a masonry saw station rests beneath the towering steel legs of a crane. The sky above displays deep indigo clouds while the horizon glows with the faint orange light of distant New Brunswick town buildings. Water slicks the ground, reflecting the machinery and the dramatic cloud formations. Rust stains mark the metal frame of the saw, against the fresh gray of the wet aggregate nearby. Safety barriers stand in place, their yellow stripes muted by the fading blue hour. The low angle emphasizes the massive scale of the equipment against the open ground, where the turn of seasons leaves the air still and heavy with suspended grit. One puddle near the blade guard holds the reflection of the crane's lattice structure.
