Hoarfrost Needles on Twig in Morning Fog

Intricate white ice crystals form sharp, needle-like structures along a slender, dark brown twig. The frost glistens under the first pale rays of sunrise, which filter through a thick, low marine fog. Bare branches stand out against a soft, gray background where the light struggles to penetrate the mist. The texture of the ice is jagged and delicate, against the rough bark of the wood. Shadows remain cool and blue in the unlit areas, while the tips of the frost needles catch a faint, warm glow. The scene is still and quiet, with the fog blurring any distant details into a uniform haze.
