Sunset light spills across a weathered wooden workbench in a North Auckland garden, illuminating a chaotic but functional cluster of tools and plants. A faded red coffee tin sits open beside a heavy rubber mallet, its surface catching the warm orange glow of the late summer sun. Nearby, a green garden rake leans against a potting shed, its tines dusty with dried soil. Lush houseplants spill over the edge of the bench, their broad leaves against the rough grain of the timber. Ivy vines climb the adjacent brick wall, adding a touch of wild green to the domestic scene.
