Drummers Warm Up Behind Stage
Soft overcast light falls through a fine drizzle, turning the air around a group of drummers into a hazy veil. They stand on wet pavement behind a raised public stage, their drums wrapped in protective plastic to shield the wood from the early summer rain. Water droplets rest on the dark wood of the instruments and the canvas of the stage awning above.
