Coal Mine Headframe Silhouette at Rainy Dawn

Flat grey light from a rainy season sky washes over the Gabiadji landscape, flattening the horizon into a uniform sheet of pale stone. A massive steel headframe rises in the center, its lattice structure rendered as a sharp, black silhouette against the diffused brightness. Below, the ground remains dark and saturated with moisture, reflecting faint hints of the overcast ceiling. Fine dust particles hang suspended in the air, catching the first rays of light that drift between the heavy gantries and utility towers. Shadows pool deeply at the base of the structure, obscuring the details of the foundation stones and the tangled web of support cables stretching toward the ground. The final visible element is a rusted edge on a lower beam where the grey sky meets the dark metal.
