Cedar Ridge Sea Fog Early Afternoon Cape Town

Hard coastal glare illuminates the undulating cedar ridge, cutting through layers of rolling sea fog that rest on the slopes. A distinct bright path slices through the white haze, revealing the textured bark and green needles of the trees below. The foreground shows rough, weathered stone and dry grass typical of late summer, while the horizon dissolves into a thick sea haze. The wide panoramic view shows the vast scale of the geologic formation against the soft, shifting fog. Shadows fall sharply across the uneven terrain, showing the rugged contours of the land. A small patch of blue sky peeks through the upper right, against the dominant white and grey tones of the mist.
