Soft afternoon light falls through sheer curtains to illuminate a single candle burning on a wooden workbench. The wax surface holds a pool of melted liquid reflecting the flame, while condensation beads form on the nearby glass pane. Water droplets rest on the cool surface, distorting the view of the room beyond. The wood grain runs horizontally beneath the candle, showing signs of use and wear. Warm orange light from the flame contrasts with the cool blue tones of the wet glass. A small wick tip glows bright yellow against the darkening wax pool. Droplets gather at the bottom edge of the window frame.
