Abandoned Radio Desk Inside Roofless Hammam

A weathered broadcast desk rests against rough stone walls inside a roofless hammam near Ankara. Two dead microphones hang from frayed cables, their foam covers yellowed and peeling under harsh late-afternoon light. The open roof exposes the structure to the sky, framing a wide panoramic view where nature slowly reclaims the space. Green vines creep up the masonry, and damp air lingers among the stones, catching the bright coastal glare. A foreground ledge of gravel and broken stone leads toward the silent equipment. Sunbeams slice through the opening, illuminating textures of rusted metal and peeling paint on the control panel while dust hangs suspended in the air. A cracked concrete step at the edge of the frame.
