Symmetrical Spillway Bridge in Pennsylvania Twilight

Deep shadows cover the massive concrete spillway bridge, while a sharp rim of twilight blue light defines its angular edges against the darkening sky. Rain-slicked surfaces of the drainage channels reflect the dim ambient glow, showing the wet texture of the engineering structure. A maintenance walkway runs along the side, its metal railings appearing as thin, dark lines that guide toward the center. The symmetrical composition emphasizes the sheer scale of the infrastructure, where heavy pillars rise from the churning water below. Wind whips the surface of the channels, creating ripples that distort the reflection of the bridge's underside. A droplet rests on the corner of a concrete beam at the edge, ready to fall.
