Star Trails Over Weather Mast in Bolivian Desert

Silvery winter light washes the wind-cut desert escarpment in Bolivia, revealing a weather station mast standing tall against the deep night. Curved star trails arc above the ridge, painting the sky in long, luminous streaks. Inside a small shelter at the base, a fire glows with orange warmth, casting dancing shadows on rough stone walls. A large window frames the outdoor view, yet the reflection inside shows the same firelit room, creating a loop where the interior looks out onto the exterior that is clearly inside. Cold dry air settles over the dry scrub and gravel, while the fire's warmth contrasts with the dark blue tones of the night sky. The glass surface holds a faint reflection of the weather instruments, merging the indoor glow with the celestial motion outside.
