Snowy Mountain Pass Under Full Moon Near Thimphu

Cold moonlight washes over a wind-sculpted ridge where fresh snow blankets the ground in thick, uneven drifts. Colorful prayer flags hang in loose lines above the crest, their fabric stiff and pale against the dark sky. The low angle view emphasizes the steep drop of the terrain, leading the eye up toward the luminous full moon. Distant haze rests on the valleys below, softening the silhouette of the mountains. The snow texture appears granular and crisp, catching the silver light with sharp highlights. Deep shadows pool in the crevices between rocks, against the bright white surface. The air looks still and clear, preserving the sharp edges of the frozen landscape.
