Snowfall Over Chimoio Town at Dusk

Thick white flakes drift downward across a small settlement near Chimoio, blanketing the low buildings and winding streets in a heavy layer of winter. The sky above remains a stark, impossible blue despite the storm, contrasting sharply with the deep shadows clinging to the town's structures. As evening sets in, electric bulbs ignite along the main thoroughfare, casting small pools of warm yellow light that struggle against the encroaching gray. Snow accumulates on corrugated metal roofs and piles high against wooden fences, softening the hard edges of the architecture. The scene stretches into the distance where faint outlines of hills fade into the white haze. One streetlamp glows brightly, illuminating the swirling snow particles just before they vanish into the deep shadow of the foreground.
