Thick ice fog blankets the Finnish city, turning the late afternoon into a pale, diffused glow. Dark silhouettes of buildings and streetlights stand against the bright, reflected light shimmering on a frozen water surface. The air is heavy with suspended ice crystals, obscuring distant details while keeping the immediate foreground sharp. The endless summer light falls through the mist, casting long, soft shadows across the snow-covered ground. No steam rises, only the stillness of extreme cold. The frozen water reflects the sky, creating a seamless horizon between the city and the white expanse. A sharp edge of ice lines the water's surface, catching the light.
