A small taper candle flickers in a glass jar on the workbench, fighting the damp dusk air, while a stack of woven mats leans against the peeling lime-wash wall nearby. Overhead, tangled electrical wires cut through the grey sky, and a red lacquered wooden tray holds spools of thread, its glossy surface mirroring the wet street below.
