Dense white clouds fill the valley floor like a frozen ocean, stretching beneath the dark silhouette of a wave-cut shoreline. Late autumn air hangs low, turning the mist into a solid, rolling mass that obscures the ground entirely. Deep shadows cloak the foreground rocks and concrete edges, while a thin rim of pale gold light traces the top curves of the cloud layer where the sun first breaks the horizon.
