Lighthouse Sweep Over Snowy Pine Forest

A beam of artificial light cuts through the dark canopy of pine trees near Šiauliai, illuminating patches of fresh snow against the deep black of night. The sweeping arc reveals wet, glistening needles and the white texture of ground cover that appears heavy with recent rain and snow. Tall, dark trunks stand in rhythmic rows, their tops disappearing into the unlit shadows above. The light creates sharp contrasts between the bright, humid air and the surrounding darkness, highlighting the rough bark and the smooth, undisturbed snow surfaces. In the center of the illuminated circle, the forest floor looks soft and damp, reflecting the intense white glow. One pine branch droops low, its tips coated in a thin layer of ice.
