Ibadan Campaign Office Mural and Forum Chairs

Pale walls in an Ibadan campaign office reflect the soft, diffuse glow of early morning rain outside. A vibrant community center mural dominates the back wall, its painted figures standing in rows behind empty chairs arranged for a neighborhood forum. The chairs, simple and utilitarian, cast deep, warm shadows that pool across the concrete floor. Indirect light bounces gently off the smooth surfaces, softening the institutional gravity of the room. Rain streaks blur the high windows, hinting at the wet season beyond. The mural's colors remain vivid against the muted interior tones, while the texture of the painted plaster shows subtle cracks near the baseboard. One metal leg of a front-row chair catches the faint light, at the base of the composition.
