Hanging Moss Under Glasshouse Haze After Rain in near Cali

Hanging Moss Under Glasshouse Haze After Rain

by Jeanette Prince

Vibrant emerald strands of hanging moss drape downward inside a translucent glasshouse structure near Cali. The wet season air leaves water droplets clinging to every leaf, catching the soft, diffused glow of first light filtering through the mist. A hazy white vapor lingers in the upper corners, softening the structural beams above. The moss creates a textured curtain of varying green shades, from deep forest tones to lighter, dew-kissed tips. Beside the hanging cluster, a blurred wooden support beam anchors the left third of the view. The glass panels overhead reflect a pale, clear sky, while the damp surfaces of the moss glisten with fresh rainwater. One droplet rests on the lowest leaf tip, trembling slightly before falling.
