Green Copper Stills in Junagadh Welding Bay
Cool blue twilight washes over a heavy industrial welding bay near Junagadh, where the city lights begin to glow in the distance through open bays. Three massive copper pot stills dominate the space, their surfaces oxidized into deep verdigris patches that contrast with the dull metallic gray of the surrounding machinery. Heavy overcast skies filter the remaining daylight, casting flat, shadowless illumination across the concrete floor. Rust streaks run vertically down the cylindrical bodies of the stills, marking decades of disuse.
