Fern Frond in Wellington

A weathered fern frond rests on a wet wooden windowsill, its delicate green segments against the gray mist outside. Condensation beads cluster on the cool glass pane, blurring the distant hills of Wellington into soft watercolor shapes. The morning light falls through the fog, casting a diffuse glow that highlights the intricate veins of the native plant. One droplet rests on the tip of the frond, reflecting the muted tones of the damp interior room.
