Early morning light spills through the large arched windows of a bustling Stockholm bakery, illuminating a counter where a baker in a flour-dusted apron hands a warm pastry to a customer. The scene is alive with the steam rising from fresh bread and the clatter of metal stools being pulled out for morning commuters.
