Dogon Granaries in Almaty Winter Twilight

Deep indigo twilight washes the rugged stone structures, casting the main mass into shadow while a sharp rim of fading light traces the jagged edges of the granary towers. Winter wind whips loose dust and snow across the uneven clay surfaces, blurring the lower textures against the dark ground. A pool of water in the foreground mirrors the silhouette of the towers, creating a perfect, inverted duplicate of the architecture. The cold air is visible as faint vapor rising from the stone. Rough, earthen textures dominate the frame, against the smooth, glassy surface of the reflection. A thin line of frost lines the water's edge where the stone meets the liquid.
