Cranberry Bog Flooded for Harvest in Colombia

Copper-toned light washes over a flooded cranberry bog stretching across a harvested grain field in Colombia. The water reflects the fading sky while dark silhouettes of berry vines bob on the surface. Chaff and dust drift in the air, catching the backlight as fine particles suspended above the wet earth. Low-angle framing emphasizes the flat expanse of the bog against the dry, golden stubble of the surrounding field. The water ripples gently around floating berries, creating small wakes that break the mirror-like surface. A thin layer of mist hovers just above the water, softening the horizon line where the field meets the evening sky.
