Honeyed evening light spills across the base of a wind-cut desert escarpment in Israel, illuminating a narrow strip of wet sand where footprints glow with blue bioluminescence. The prints stand out in sharp silhouette against the darkening water, their edges tracing the path of a walker. Above, the rough, stratified rock face looms in deep shadow, its texture carved by years of wind. The sand glistens with a wet sheen, reflecting the fading amber sky. A natural rock arch frames the glowing trail, creating a window into the illuminated path. The wind whips the surface, distorting the water slightly around the footprints. One footprint remains sharply defined in the foreground, its blue glow fading into the dark water beyond.
