Abandoned Piano Under Rain on Bogota Stage

Neon reflections ripple across the wet, black lacquer of an upright piano left exposed on a festival stage in Usaquen. Heavy rain falls from a sky thick with monsoon clouds, creating a mirror-like sheen on the instrument's lid and the wooden floorboards beneath. The roofless parlor setting leaves the keys vulnerable to the downpour, with water pooling in the gaps between the ivory and ebony. Blue and pink neon lights from nearby stalls cast streaks of electric color onto the damp wood and metal strings. A small puddle gathers at the base of the piano legs, reflecting the fractured glow of the signage above. The wet surface of the fallboard shows the texture of the raindrops hitting it.
