Wilting Tea Leaves on Stainless Conveyors

Stainless steel conveyors stretch into the distance within a Shandong packing hall, their surfaces gleaming under the mix of fading evening daylight and warm sodium lamps. Rows of green tea leaves rest on perforated mesh trays, visibly wilting as they settle into the cooling air. Fine dust particles hang suspended in distinct shafts of light that cut through the industrial haze. The symmetrical arrangement of the machinery creates clear monumental scale, showing the utilitarian nature of the space. Metallic surfaces reflect the orange glow of the overhead fixtures, while the green of the leaves contrasts against the cool grey of the steel. At the far end of the hall, the last tray aligns perfectly with the vanishing point, anchoring the rigid geometry of the room.
