Rich amber sunset light floods a spacious drying room lined with rows of mesh trays stacked against damp concrete walls. The honeyed glow highlights the texture of drying leaves spread across the screens, casting long, geometric shadows that stretch across the floor. Vapor hangs low in the air, softening the edges of the stacked trays and the rough masonry. The space stands vast and utilitarian, filled with the stillness of late-season processing. Dust particles shimmer in the heavy light, while the metal frames of the trays reflect the warm tones. A close view shows a single leaf edge catching the light on the lowest tray.
