A heavy wind pushes the edges of a blue tarp, snapping it against the metal framework, while strips of orange caution tape flutter violently in the breeze. The low angle emphasizes the grit of the site, showing mud clinging to the bin's base and the rough texture of the steel supports rising into the glare.
