Waterfall Over Mossy Terraces Peru Ridge

Tropical midday light floods the valley where a powerful waterfall plunges over layered mossy terraces carved into the foothills. The water forms a stark, dark silhouette against the blinding brightness of the sky, showing the sheer volume of the cascade. Above, dramatic clouds swell in shades of charcoal and white, casting shifting shadows across the green slopes below. The moss appears thick and wet, clinging to the rock steps that guide the water downward. From the ridge vantage, the landscape feels vast and wind-swept, with the white spray rising to meet the heavy cloud base. The contrast between the deep green vegetation and the pale, overexposed sky defines the vertical depth of the scene.
