Workers in practical clothing move steadily between the plants, their woven baskets slung over shoulders or held at their sides. The season is early winter, yet the foliage remains lush and vibrant. Soft rain falls in a light drizzle, creating a sheen on the broad leaves and darkening the earthy paths.
