The warm late afternoon light catches the golden reflection on a silver ring band as he adjusts a hem on a pair of dark trousers. Behind him, a stack of sun hats rests on a wooden crate, their brims casting long, sharp shadows across the dusty concrete floor. A small tea kettle sits on a portable stove, steam rising faintly into the dry air.
