Stop Shelter in London

A cast iron London bus stop shelter stands on a wet pavement corner near Covent Garden as the first pale morning light washes over the glass panels. Condensation beads rest on the interior surfaces while a discarded coffee cup rests on the metal bench beneath the shelter's corrugated roof. The red paint on the nearby post shows signs of wear and chipping where the morning sun hits it directly. Rain droplets streak down the glass pane in thin, irregular lines that catch the dim ambient light.
